Biko ( malagkit) Sticky rice



Ingredients:

2 cups Malagkit (sticky rice)
2 Cans coconut oil
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 stick butter

Directions:

1. Cook Malagkit rice or the sticky rice
2. Heat the pan, add coconut milk, when it starts to bubbles, add sugar and just keep stirring until the liquid is golden brown,add nutmeg and cinnamon
3. Add rice,evenly coat it with the sauce and keep stirring so it wont get burnt and stick hard in the pan

-Serve it warm or cold, top it with butter-
