Penne with alfredo sauce and scallops















Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Penne noodles
1 Jar Alfredo sauce
1 oz cilantro ( finely chopped)
1 lb asparagus ( steamed)
1 1/2 lb baby scallops
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small white onions
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Boil penne noodles
2. In a pan,saute onions and scallops in about 3 minutes
3. Pour Alfredo sauce and add noodles, cover and let the sauce cook for 10 minutes
4.Turn off the stove and put cilantro,stir add salt and pepper to taste

Serve with Steamed Asparagus on the side and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese
